- Was it time to a locksmith? The thought filled me with dread.
Suddenly, a memory flashed like a bolt of lightning. Hadn't I put my keys in the locked out of car no spare key spare room earlier? Rushing back inside, I checked every potential spot. There they were!

My Car is a Citadel (Without the Entrance Code)
The rain lashes against the windshield of my automobile, blurring the world into an impressionistic mess. It's a solid thing, really, because I'm confined inside. Not by circumstance, or terrible weather, but by my own blunder.
You see, I can't exit this beast. The keys are vanished, and I don't have a clue where they slipped away. It's like I've become hostage in my own ironclad cage. My once-trusted ride has turned against me, mocking me with its cold metal walls. I'm fuming, but what can I do??
I could try to force open the windows, but that would probably result in me getting hurt and calling for a tow truck anyway. Maybe I could flag down someone passing by, hoping they'll spot my predicament. Or perhaps I could just rest it out, hoping the keys will find their way back to me.
That last option seems about as likely as winning the lottery.
, but
at this point, I'm grasping at straws. I just need a way out of this terrible situation before I go crazy.
